About Conphora
What is Conphora?
Conphora is a compliance platform that helps product companies automatically validate products against applicable EU regulations such as CE, REACH, RoHS and 48+ regulatory frameworks. Upload your product data, get an overview of gaps, and generate audit-ready documentation. The platform is built for manufacturers, importers and distributors selling physical products in the EU.
Who is Conphora for?
Conphora is for product companies of all sizes — from small businesses with a few products to large organisations with thousands of SKUs. The platform is particularly relevant for companies selling consumer products, electronics, toys, lighting, IoT products, machinery or chemical-containing products in the EU. Manufacturers, importers and distributors can all use Conphora.
Which regulations does Conphora cover?
Conphora covers more than 48 EU regulations, including CE marking, REACH, RoHS, WEEE, LVD, EMC, RED, GPSR, the Battery Regulation and many more. The list is continuously expanding. You can see the full list of supported regulations on our How it works page.
Is Conphora a certification authority?
No. Conphora does not provide legal advice, certifications or binding compliance decisions. The platform is a decision-support tool that helps identify requirements, spot gaps and organise documentation. You are always responsible for the final compliance assessment and should use qualified advisors and notified bodies where required.
Where is Conphora based?
Conphora ApS is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our data is hosted in Europe.
Getting started
How do I create an account?
Go to our pricing page or click "Start free" in the menu. Enter your work email, name and company. You're ready to use the platform immediately — no waiting time and no approval needed.
Does it cost anything to get started?
The first 20 products are completely free — no credit card and no commitment. When you grow beyond 20 products, Pro costs €0.2 per product per month. You only pay for products beyond the free tier. See all details on our pricing page.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and use Conphora with up to 20 products without any payment information.
How long does it take to get started?
Most users are up and running in under 5 minutes. Create an account, upload your first product file (CSV, Excel or manually), and Conphora automatically begins validating against relevant regulatory frameworks.
Can I import data from my existing system?
Yes. You can upload product data via file (CSV, Excel) or connect via integrations to ERP, PIM, PLM and cloud drives. Conphora automatically recognises formats and maps data to each product. Read more about the process on How it works.
Features & platform
What happens when I upload my product data?
Conphora automatically analyses your products and matches them against relevant EU regulations based on product category, materials, features and target market. You get a requirements profile per product with pass/fail status, gap lists and prioritised actions.
Can Conphora generate documentation?
Yes. Conphora can generate audit reports, declarations of conformity (DoC) and documentation overviews. You can share secure links to documentation with colleagues, customers and authorities directly from the platform.
Will I be notified when regulations change?
Yes. Conphora continuously monitors EU legislation and regulations. When rules change, you automatically receive notification about which of your products are affected and what you need to do to remain compliant.
Can I manage multiple markets?
Yes. Conphora supports compliance across all 27 EU countries in one unified dashboard. You can see status per market and per product, so you always have a clear overview.
Does Conphora support teamwork?
Yes. You can invite colleagues to your account so you can collaborate on compliance. Everyone sees the same overview and documentation, making it easy to distribute tasks.
Pricing & billing
What does Conphora cost?
The first 20 products are free — forever. After that, Pro costs €0.2 per product per month. No setup fee and no commitment. You can always see your usage in the dashboard. See all details on our pricing page.
How is 1 product calculated?
A product counts as one unique style — as long as it is not grouped with others. For example, if you have a t-shirt in 5 colors and 4 sizes, it counts as 1 product, as long as the variants are grouped under the same style.
What happens if I delete products — does the price go down?
Yes. You only pay for active products. If you remove products from your account, your next invoice is automatically adjusted so you only pay for the products you actually use.
Is there a commitment period?
No. Conphora is commitment-free. You can downgrade or close your account at any time. Billing is monthly.
How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card or by invoice. For invoice payments, the payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.
Data & security
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted in Europe. Our website is hosted on Vercel, and the platform's data is stored with European cloud providers.
Is my product data secure?
Yes. Conphora uses appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Access to data is restricted to relevant persons and systems.
Can Conphora see my product data?
Conphora processes your data to deliver the service (validation, reports, etc.). We never sell your data to third parties. See our privacy policy for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Upon cancellation, Conphora offers a period to export your data. After that, your customer data is deleted in accordance with our terms and applicable legislation. Read more in our terms of use.
Does Conphora comply with GDPR?
Yes. Conphora ApS is a Danish company and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law. See our privacy policy for details.

Do you offer onboarding or a demo?
Yes. You can book a personal demo via our contact page. You're also welcome to simply create a free account and explore the platform yourself — the first 20 products are completely free.
Do you have an API?
We are working on API access for the platform. Contact us at contact@conphora.com if you have specific integration needs and we'll discuss the possibilities.
Does Conphora support languages other than Danish?
The platform and website are currently available in both English and Danish. The regulations in the platform already cover international EU standards across all 27 member states.
I found a bug — what do I do?
