For the User track, yes — it's hands-on in the platform and free with any plan. The Strategy and Manager tracks are open to anyone.
How long does it take?
From ~2–3 hours (User) to ~8–10 hours (Manager). Self-paced, so you fit it around work.

Yes — each certification is a verifiable digital badge you can share, valid for 12 months with annual recertification.
