Transcript
EUDR bans seven commodities and their derived products from the EU market unless you can prove they are deforestation-free.
It covers cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya and wood, and the products made from them. Place one on the EU market first, and you are the operator.
Large companies must comply from 30 December 2026, small ones from 30 June 2027. Anything from land deforested after 31 December 2020 is out.
Before a product moves, you file a due-diligence statement: the geolocation of every plot, the country of production, proof the harvest was legal, and a chain of custody from plot to batch.
Conphora matches your products against EUDR, shows what is missing, organises the supplier data, and alerts you when the rules change.
