The sign-up buttons on conphora.com — in the top bar, on the [pricing page](/pricing) and in the [Academy](/academy) — take you to the same form and bring you back to the page you came from once you are done. You do not need an account to read anything on conphora.com. The regulation pages, guides, knowledge articles, the Academy book and the Compliance Radar are open to everyone. The account is what you need to enrol in a course, download a PDF or template, follow the Radar, or work in the platform. ## The three steps **1. Account.** Enter your first name, last name, work email and a password. The password must be at least 12 characters and is checked against known breached-password lists, so choose something you have not used elsewhere. On the same screen you choose one of three options for an organisation — "Create a new organisation" (you name it right there), "Join an existing organisation" or "Just me for now" — and accept the terms of use and privacy policy. **2. Verify your email.** We send a six-digit code to the address you entered. Type it in within 10 minutes. If it does not arrive, use "Send a new code"; if you typed the address wrong, use "Change email". The email comes from an address at mail.conphora.com — if it is missing, check your junk folder once, then ask your IT team to allow that domain. **3. Organisation.** What happens next follows your choice in step 1. With "Create a new organisation", the organisation is created as soon as your email is verified, and you become its admin. With "Join an existing organisation", the Join step shows the invitations waiting for your address and suggests your company's organisation from your work email; you can also continue without an organisation or create one instead. With "Just me for now", you go straight on. A free account works on its own for the Academy, downloads and the Radar; an organisation is required only for products, tools and the subscription. You can come back to this later from "Join an organisation" in the account menu. ## Invited by a colleague? If an admin invited you, the link in the invitation email opens a one-screen sign-up with your email already confirmed. Enter your name, choose a password of at least 12 characters and accept the terms, and you land in the organisation as a member. If you already have an account, sign in instead — the invitation waits for you on the Join step. ## After sign-up The plan screen shows your two options: continue with the free account, or start the subscription for your organisation. Nothing is charged unless an admin explicitly starts the subscription, and there is no trial that expires. From then on the same session is shared between conphora.com and the platform: sign in once and both sites recognise you. The Academy, downloads and Radar follow live on conphora.com; products, documents and tools live on the platform. ## Signing in later Use [platform.conphora.com/sign-in](https://platform.conphora.com/sign-in) or the "Join / Log in" link in the top bar. Sign-in is email and password. If your account requires two-step verification, we then email a verification code that you enter to finish. "Forgot password?" emails a reset code to your address: enter the code and choose a new password of at least 12 characters. You stay signed in on the device for 30 days ("Keep me signed in on this device for 30 days" on the sign-in screen).
