# Enrol in an Academy track

> The three Academy tracks, what enrolling does, how lessons and quizzes work, and where your progress is kept.

## In short

Open /academy/learn on conphora.com, choose a track and press Enrol — it is free with a Conphora account, self-paced, and your progress is saved on the account so you can continue on any device.

- Three tracks: Conphora Certified User (2–3 h), Compliance Manager (8–10 h), Compliance Strategy (3–4 h plus a workshop on request).
- All tracks, quizzes and certificates are free with a free account.
- A quiz lesson is complete when you reach its pass mark; you can retake it.

## The three tracks

The [Academy](/academy) has three certification tracks for three roles:

- **Conphora Certified User** (Foundation, 2–3 hours, hands-on) — for everyone who uses the platform: importing products, validation and gaps, documentation and status, sharing and roles, the Radar, keeping the catalogue compliant.
- **Compliance Manager** (Practitioner, 8–10 hours) — for the people who run compliance day to day: CE, DoC and the responsible person, classification, the major regulations in depth, the technical file, monitoring, recalls and Safety Gate.
- **Compliance Strategy** (Strategist, 3–4 hours) — for leaders and decision-makers: compliance as a competitive advantage, the regulatory wave ahead, governance, build vs buy, from strategy to operations. A live workshop is available on request.

You can browse every track's modules without an account. The Academy book can also be read online at [/academy/books](/academy/books).

## Enrolling

Go to [/academy/learn](/academy/learn), open a track and press **Enrol free**. If you are not signed in, you are sent to sign-up or sign-in first and brought straight back. Enrolment needs a free account and nothing else — no organisation, no subscription, no card. See [Create a free account](/help/getting-started/create-a-free-account).

Enrolment is per track. You can enrol in all three; the learn page lists your tracks with lessons done out of the total and a "Continue" link to where you stopped.

## Lessons

Lessons are short text pages, some with a 60-second explainer video, grouped into modules. Read them in order; each lesson page links to the next. Progress is saved on your account when you finish a lesson, so you can switch between laptop and phone.

## Quizzes

Some lessons end with a quiz of a few multiple-choice questions. Submit your answers; the result shows your score and whether you passed. The pass mark is shown on the lesson, and a lesson counts as complete once you pass. You can retake a quiz until you pass; attempts are kept on your account. Lessons without a quiz are complete when you have read them.

## Finishing a track

When every lesson in a track is complete, the certificate is issued automatically and appears on your learn page. What it contains and how anyone can verify it is in [Certificates and badges](/help/academy/certificates).

## Learning as a team

Several colleagues can each enrol with their own free account; progress and certificates are personal. If you want to see a team's progress in one place or run the Strategy workshop for your organisation, [send a request](/help/request) and tell us how many people are involved.

## Problems

- The Enrol button does nothing: sign in first — the button on the track page is a form that needs your session.
- A lesson does not show as complete: open the lesson again and submit the quiz; reading alone does not complete a quiz lesson.
- Progress seems lost: check that you are signed in with the same email address you enrolled with.
